1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between 98pkt and every registered user of the platform. 98pkt is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international gaming standards, serving players primarily located in Pakistan. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting including cricket and PSL markets, and instant games — all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms are written in English, which is the authoritative language for all legal interpretation. Any translation or summary provided in Urdu or any other language is for convenience only and does not supersede the English-language version in the event of a conflict.

98pkt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 98pkt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 98pkt maintains a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 98pkt or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on 98pkt that was terminated, suspended, or closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 98pkt. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, household, email address, or payment method used. The presence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 98pkt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.

You must notify 98pkt's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You may contact the support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

Account balances are non-transferable between players. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any portion of your balance to another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 98pkt are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 98pkt account within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day to be reflected in your balance. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. 98pkt does not charge any internal fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

98pkt reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending satisfactory completion of this verification process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

98pkt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time each promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 98pkt reserves the right to decline bonus offers to players whose betting patterns suggest professional or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Free bets and free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real PKR directly. Winnings from free bets or spins may be subject to additional rollover requirements.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• 98pkt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using prohibited betting strategies to complete rollover requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will have their account permanently closed and all bonus-related balances forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 98pkt's sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, international fixtures, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are published within the betting interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

For casino games, the rules of each individual game govern the outcome of each session. Game rules are accessible from within each game's interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, 98pkt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.

98pkt's decisions regarding the settlement of bets and the outcome of disputed hands, rounds, or wagers are final. Any dispute must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits may be adjusted by 98pkt at any time and are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pkt platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain — any such winnings must be reported to 98pkt immediately and will not be honoured
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Chargebacks or fraudulent reversal of payment transactions
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documentation during the KYC process
• Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to access your account
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, including any person under the age of 21
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls

8 KYC & Identity Verification

98pkt is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be requested at any stage of your relationship with the platform, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or government-issued photo ID
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation from your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account confirming the account belongs to you

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. 98pkt will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9 Responsible Gaming

98pkt will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and fulfil compliance obligations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 98pkt platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the property of 98pkt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content on 98pkt without prior written permission from 98pkt's management.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pkt shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

98pkt does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 98pkt will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of such interruptions.

In all circumstances, 98pkt's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 98pkt account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

You may close your 98pkt account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and provided that no outstanding Terms violations are pending investigation.

98pkt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice where:

• A violation of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• The account is subject to a fraud investigation, chargeback dispute, or regulatory inquiry
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months
• 98pkt is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority

In cases of termination due to confirmed Terms violations, 98pkt reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any real-money balance in the account, including any bonus or promotional funds.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. 98pkt operates under international gaming standards and is subject to oversight by the relevant licensing authority under which it holds its gaming certification.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 98pkt's internal complaints process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable licensing authority. 15 Amendments to These Terms

98pkt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the 98pkt platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
